Implementation Coordinator
Position Summary
The Implementation Coordinator plays a key role in the successful delivery of our technology to our clients. We are looking for an action-oriented individual who is motivated to truly understand client needs and collaborate with team members to ensure client success.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule meetings and calls with clients.
Provide support to Implementation Specialists during implementation projects.
Conduct customer feedback surveys via phone and email.
Gain an understanding of client needs and document details as part of customer lifecycle.
Test and troubleshoot file uploads.
Manage outside partner and vendor relationships.
Assist with file creation and data entry.
Assist clients with configuration through user interface.
Conduct user training sessions on various aspects of our software.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication.
Education and Experience
Experience interacting with clients required.
Bachelor’s degree or industry experience (construction, payroll, government compliance, or customer service).
Previous SaaS experience preferred.
Required Skills
Strong client communication (verbal and written), from executives to day-to-day operation managers.
Client-centric and collaborative attitude.
Superb organizational skills and attention to detail.
Independent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Self-starter, always driving to ensure optimal client experience.
Able to balance multiple projects and prioritize potentially competing needs.
