We are seeking a National Sales Executive to join our high-performing sales team. This role is focused on driving new business growth within the construction vertical and our certified payroll reporting products by managing and expanding new and existing relationships with mid-market and enterprise accounts. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Own the full sales cycle: Qualify inbound leads, run product demos, build proposals, and negotiate contracts 

  • Creating and grow demand generation by partner in collaboration with marketing by leveraging our formal partnership and creating value with our software to close prospects together. 

  • Develop and execute account strategies for acquiring and growing mid-market and enterprise clients within the construction vertical  

  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers evaluating integrations with UKG, Workday, and other leading HCM platforms 

  • Manage a robust pipeline of prospects at various stages in the buying cycle, with a focus on timely follow-up and conversion and forecasting sales close-won timelines 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction 

  • Provide customer sourced feedback to product development, influencing the roadmap 

  • Drive accurate sales and partner demand forecasting and CRM hygiene in Hubspot and other internal systems 

  • Stay current on industry and competitor trends in payroll, HCM, and compliance to bring relevant insights to your prospects 

What We Are Looking For:  

  • A consultative, solution-oriented sales professional who can build trust with midmarket and enterprise prospects and guide them through complex buying decisions 

  • A savvy collaborative professional who develops trusted relationships with our key payroll referral partners and broadens inbound demand 

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment 

  • Data-driven sales professional who uses data to forecast quarterly sales and demand leads from partners. 

  • Someone who is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines 

  • Strong communicator with the confidence to present to senior executives 

  • True team player who works effectively across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success 
  • Comfortable with 10-20% domestic travel to partners and/or customers 

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years selling into mid-market or enterprise accounts 

  • 2+ years of experience selling payroll, HCM, and/or construction software into the construction vertical; certified payroll or prevailing wage experience highly preferred  

  • Strong presentation and communication skills; you can clearly articulate value and tailor messaging to executive-level audiences 

  • Proven experience and accuracy in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and CRM usage 

  • Nice to have: Proven success working with or selling solutions that integrate with UKG, ADP, Workday, Quickbooks or other major HCM/payroll platforms 

  • Nice to have: Familiarity with Hubspot or similar sales engagement tools

For this position the base salary range is $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year, plus additional variable compensation through our commission plan. Final compensation determinations will reflect your unique experience, skills, and the responsibilities of the role.
