Points North is looking for a temporary Implementation Specialist to join our team! The temporary Implementation Specialist is responsible for the successful delivery of our technology to our clients. We are looking for an action-oriented individual who is motivated to truly understand client needs. You will internally advocate for, and articulate client needs gleaned during implementation processes in addition to externally translating the value of our technology to system users, senior executives and day-to-day operation managers.

What You'll Be Doing: 

· Own the full customer implementation process, including configurating systems, running user training sessions, scoping out data integration needs, and ensuring a smooth and successful implementation.

· Set, communicate, and track against internal and external project plans to ensure timely delivery of Points North technology.

· Clearly capture and articulate client needs to influence product features.

· Become a SME on our products, including understanding how our solutions can be used to help our clients.

· Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication.

· Drive and accelerate user adoption through advising clients on product features.
 

We're Looking For:

· Comfortable communicating (verbal and written) to clients, from executives to day-to-day operation managers

· Independent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Self-starter, always driving to ensure optimal client experience

· Able to balance multiple projects and prioritize potentially competing needs
 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience

· 2+ years of customer facing experience within the software industry, implementation experience is preferred 

· Experience in Financial Services and/or Payroll, is a plus
