  • Deliver product overviews and walkthroughs tailored to specific use cases

  • Clearly communicate pricing, timelines, and next steps
  • Manage follow‑ups and momentum to drive deals to close

3. Set clients up for success after the sale by ensuring a clean transition

  • Partner with Implementation and other client-facing teams to transfer context and expectations

  • Ensure clients start implementation informed, aligned, and confident

  • Flag risks or special considerations before handoff

4. Help build and refine repeatable processes for high‑volume inbound selling

  • Work within defined sales workflows while identifying opportunities for improvement

  • Track activity and outcomes consistently in the CRM

  • Identify common objections, questions, and friction points in the buyer journey

  • Share feedback with Sales, Marketing, and Product to improve product, lead quality, and messaging

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal

  • Comfortable using CRM tools and learning new systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, client success, support, or a client facing role

  • Prior internship, customer service, campus involvement, or similar work experience

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
