Points North is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our growing team! This newly created position plays a critical role in supporting the full revenue lifecycle by ensuring operational rigor, data integrity, and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, and Customer Success. This role focuses on lead and partner operations, pipeline health, deal support, renewals, and enterprise-readiness—enabling revenue teams to operate efficiently, scale effectively, and forecast accurately.

This position is highly execution-oriented, detail-driven, and ideal for someone who enjoys owning processes that directly impact revenue performance.
  
What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead & Partner Operations
  • Manage lead loading, routing, and assignment processes to ensure timely, accurate distribution to sales teams
  • Maintain partner compliance within CRM (Hubspot) and partner portals, lead submission, attribution, and program requirements
  • Monitor partner-sourced pipeline activity and resolve data or process issues
  • Serve as an operational point of contact for partner-related revenue workflows

Pipeline Management & Reporting
  • Support pipeline hygiene by monitoring stage progression, data completeness, and deal velocity
  • Proactively identify pipeline risks, bottlenecks, and forecasting gaps
  • Build, maintain, and distribute CRM (Hubspot) reports and dashboards for pipeline, performance, and conversion metrics
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and consistency across accounts, opportunities, and contacts

RFP & Deal Desk Support
  • Coordinate RFP intake, timelines, and internal stakeholder responses
  • Support deal desk activities including pricing approvals, contract routing, and compliance checks
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Leadership to ensure deals meet policy, margin, and governance standards
  • Maintain documentation and process clarity for deal-related workflows

Sales Commission & Incentive Administration
  • Support sales commission administration, including data preparation, validation, and reporting
  • Partner with Finance and Sales Leadership to investigate and resolve commission-related questions
  • Ensure compensation processes align with plan rules and CRM data

Renewal & Customer Revenue Operations
  • Manage renewal operations processes, including tracking upcoming renewals and ensuring CRM accuracy
  • Support Customer Success and Sales teams with renewal forecasting and reporting

CRM Management & Enterprise Readiness
  • Own day-to-day CRM (Hubspot) operational support, including user issues, data standards, and workflow improvements
  • Document and optimize revenue processes to support scalability and enterprise-level requirements
  • Assist with system enhancements, integrations, and process readiness for audits and enterprise scale customers

What We Are Looking For:
 
  • Comfort with ambiguity – this is a newly created role that will continue to evolve as we scale, someone comfortable with a level of gray area will be successful in this position
  • Ownership mentality – you will have a highly visible and impactful role here, driving your processes and outcomes to completion, and not being afraid to iterate, is critical
  • Experience with partner ecosystems or channel sales models
  • Exposure to sales compensation plans and commission tools
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales motions or complex deal structures
  • Familiarity with RFP processes and contract workflows
  • Advanced reporting or dashboarding skills

Qualifications:
  • 2–5+ years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar related role
  • 1-2+ years’ experience working for a high-growth software, or SaaS, company
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, Hubspot preferred  
  • 2+ years’ experience supporting pipeline management, deal operations, and reporting
  • High attention to detail with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Comfort handling operational processes that require precision, confidentiality, and accountability

For this position the base salary range is $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year, plus annual bonus eligibility. Final compensation determinations will reflect your unique experience, skills, and the responsibilities of the role.
