Points North is looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our Twin Cities metro team! The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the successful delivery of our technology to our construction clients. We are looking for an action-oriented individual who is motivated to truly understand client needs. You will internally advocate for and articulate client needs gleaned during implementation processes in addition to externally translating the value of our technology to system users, senior executives and day-to-day operation managers. 

What You'll Be Doing:  

  • Own the full customer implementation process to ensure a smooth and successful implementation, including: 

  • Configure systems on behalf of customers 

  • Run user training sessions 

  • Scope data integration and product needs, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation 

  • Track time on projects and hold clients accountable, within their SLA or SOW 

  • Document all client communication in our CRM 

  • Set, communicate, and manage project plans and execute to expected timeline 

  • Clearly capture and articulate client needs to influence product features 

  • Develop an understanding of our partners’ systems, and build relationships with partner contacts and implementation specialists 

  • Become a SME on our products to set client expectations, including understanding how our solutions can be used to help our clients 

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication 

  • Drive and accelerate user adoption by advising clients on product features 

  • Meet internal goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction 
      

We're Looking For: 

  • Experience implementing and/or supporting software 
  • Strong client-facing experience and communication skills 
  • Able to handle a fast pace in an ever-changing, sometimes ambiguous environment 
  • Expertise in project and/or task management and maintaining appropriate documentation 
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills with a desire to solve other people’s problems 

  

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience 
  • 2+ years customer-facing experience within the software industry
  • ​​​​​​​1+ years SaaS implementation experience, highly preferred  
  • Experience in Construction, Financial Services, and/or Payroll, preferred
  • ​​​​​​​Experience within a growing SaaS and/or software company, preferred 
  • Able to work hybrid from our Bloomington, MN headquarters

For this position the base salary range is $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year, plus annual bonus eligibility. Final compensation determinations will reflect your unique experience, skills, and the responsibilities of the role.
