Points North is looking for an Implementation Specialist who is responsible for the successful delivery of our technology to help our clients through the process. We are looking for an action-oriented individual who is motivated to truly understand client needs. With that understanding, you will internally advocate for, and articulate client needs gleaned during implementation processes in addition to externally translating the value of our technology to both senior executives and day-to-day operation managers.  You will manage client expectations and provide ongoing support to clients to assist with annual processes. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Own the full customer implementation process, including running user training sessions, scoping out data integration needs, and ensuring a smooth and successful implementation. 

  • Set, communicate, and track against internal and external project plans to ensure timely delivery of Points North technology. 

  • Clearly capture and articulate client needs to our development team to influence product features. 

  • Become a SME on our products, including understanding how our solutions can be used to help our clients. 

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication. 

  • Drive and accelerate user adoption through advising clients on product features. 

What We Are Looking For:  

  1. Comfortable communicating (verbal and written) to clients, from executives to day-to-day operation managers 

  1. Independent problem solving and troubleshooting skills 

  1. Ability to collaborate with teammates on key initiatives 

  1. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 

  1. Self-starter, always driving to ensure optimal client experience 

  1. Able to balance multiple projects and prioritize potentially competing needs 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience 

  • Software implementation experience 

  • Experience in customer success/customer support

For this position the base salary range is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, [plus annual bonus eligibility OR additional commission-based compensation]. Final compensation determinations will reflect your unique experience, skills, and the responsibilities of the role.
