Points North is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting and help us attract the talent needed to grow our SaaS business. This hybrid role is based out of our Bloomington, Minnesota office and will report directly to the Director, People & Culture. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to build strong candidate pipelines, deliver exceptional candidate experience, and make high-quality hires across business functions. As a lean People team, you will also occasionally step out of your recruitment seat to support and work on other People & Culture team initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment process, delivering excellent hiring experience
    • Manage the recruiting process from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer, acceptance, and transition to onboarding
    • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build practical recruiting strategies, and maintain clear timelines and accountability
    • Create a responsive, inclusive, and high-touch experience for candidates and internal partners at every stage
  • Proactively build strong talent pipelines for technical and non-technical positions
    • Source and recruit technical and non-technical talent for roles across the business, including but not limited to, software engineering, product management, implementation, support, customer success, and related functions
    • Use direct sourcing, professional networks, referrals, job boards, and other channels to develop diverse, qualified candidate pools
    • Maintain accurate recruiting data, monitor funnel health, and use metrics to improve speed, quality, and effectiveness
    • Partner with business leaders to anticipate annual hiring plans, areas of skill complements needed across their departments, and future skills needed to create a holistic recruitment and skill addition pipeline
  • Support broader People & Culture priorities
    • Help drive employee engagement activities and internal events, including active participation in Culture Committee, in-office kickoff events, annual all-company meetings, and more
    • Assist with performance review cycles, leadership and employee development programming, onboarding and new hire experience, and other People lifecycle programming
    • Support planning and execution for other People & Culture initiatives as business needs evolve

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years’ full-cycle recruiting experience inclusive of recruitment for technical and non-technical positions
  • 2+ years’ experience in a high-growth SaaS organization, or a staffing agency environment
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and advising them throughout the recruiting process
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (JazzHR a plus), sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter a plus), HRIS (Rippling a plus)
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule 2 days/week from the Bloomington, Minnesota office

For this position the base salary range is $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year, plus annual bonus eligibility. Final compensation determinations will reflect your unique experience, skills, and the responsibilities of the role.
